Your registration must be accompanied by a deposit of 80% of the total amount (ex. VAT) and has to be approved by our organisation.

The key to the success of Adhesion Group’s business conventions is in the planning.

There are 5 planning stages:

 

1ST STAGE: I FILL MY PRESENTATION FORM

Upon validation of your participation: you receive your login and password which give you access to your member space with your catalog presentation form to be completed in English.
You detail your skills, production, appellations, grape varieties, wine' tehnical data, export strategy, types of contacts sought...

2ND STAGE: I CHOOSE THE BUYERS THAT I WISH TO MEET

J-10: You can use your access codes to access the catalogue of registered buyers (detailed presentation sheets) and select the ones you wish to meet. Authentic work tools of this catalogue constitute a database useable in the long term. The quality and accuracy of the information contained in the catalog allow you to request and thus to select the buyers you wish to meet.

3RD STAGE: I APPROVE THE MEETING REQUESTS OF THE BUYERS

For targeted and effective meetings, the exhibitors approve or refuse the meetings requests of the buyers.

4TH STAGE: I RECEIVE MY MEETING SCHEDULE

Our online platform, which takes into account the choices and availabilities of everyone allows us to establish your personalized schedule of private meetings that we give you on the day of the convention. Your meetings schedule is established on the following 3 criteria:

  • Reciprocal choices (choosing common buyers with your choices)
  • Buyers choices
  • Your choice

5TH STAGE: I MEET THE BUYERS IN MY SUITE

On the spot, buyers move from room to room according to their schedule. Thus, thanks to your schedule of meetings à la carte, we offer you direct contacts, and a fast and efficient prospection.
